Cost problems
Given the price of this balm in relation to the laughably small size of the pot I can't see me making a change from my usual purchase; which, coincidently, is the same price - but for 3 times the amount of balm. It would be hard to say which of the two is more effective - due to the level of pain experienced varying day by day but so far I would say that, yes, this balm is fine for pain killing purposes but wouldn't last me but a few days if I adhered to the instructions to use it for 2 to 3 times each time that I needed relief. My existing balm lasts a month, not least because it is more of a paste than the heavy gel like BenaPura Amica balm.

this does not provide relief from muscle pain
this product is marketed as providing relief from muscle pain , strains , it DOES NOT , i have used this on a shoulder injury and there was no relief for the swelling , strain and pain associated , the mix contains insufficient arnica oil , i do not recommend this product for aches , sprains , strains or swelling

Small little pot
I'm no expert on how these balms work buy I have been using this for a couple of weeks now and believe it does help with muscle pain.I recently started back at the gym and been doing so strong weight training. And this left me aching after a heavy session I decided to try this balm on a couple of niggling areas that would ache most after a work out.I would rub a small amount of balm where I was aching after a shower onto dry skin you don't need alot the balm is a bit greasy and takes a bit to be absorbedIt has a nice mi to fresh smell about it and feels a little bit cold when first applied but that doesn't last.I have noticed a difference that the aches have now gone the day after a work out where before use f the balm I would ache for a day or so after.I don't know how long the pot will last as I use different amounts as an when needed but so far it's helping
