Venus Cup Starter Kit Review (In love!)
I have been using the Venus menstraul cup for two cycles and I'm in love with it.Smaller cup review:The smaller cup that comes in the kit is really good for people with lighter periods. I tend to use it on my first day and my last two days and I experience no leaks with it. It's super comfortable to put in and take out. The smaller one does not feel uncomfortable at all!! I did not even feel it while I exercised or did my daily errands. Also as long as you do your research on the multiple methods to insert and remove the diva cup, you won't have any struggles with putting it in and removing it on your first couple of tries (it only took me three attempts) and it gets easier the more you use it and have experience with it.Larger cup review:The larger cup is the size of a normal diva cup. This cup may prove to be more difficult for some to use. I suggest using this ONLY if you have a heavy period or on your heavy days. I wore this cup on the 2cd and 3rd day using it both overnight as well as on my 1st day overnight. On my first night, the cup leaked. Now, I should mention I have a very heavy period and experience clots so I'm not totally surprised that happened (it was in for 9 hrs -10 hrs). However, the second and third day I experienced no leaks. This cup is built for people with heavier periods I suggest this cup only if you experience the smaller cup easily filling up very fast/or if you're aware of how heavy your period is and know you need the larger cup. This cup was a bit more difficult for me to use on my first try, it took a couple of attempts however I got it in. For me, it was easier to insert this cup then remove it. The remove took a little bit of wiggling it out and putting my finger up to break the seal. You may have difficulty using this cup since it is different from the smaller one. Although on my third day I had gotten used to using it and found that it did not provide me any discomfort at all. If you use this cup, make sure that you give yourself time to adjust to it because it is a big change from tampons/pads to the diva cup. During my second cycle I found it much easier to use so I definitely believe it took time and patience. Don't freak out if you find it hard to insert or remove, relax and take your time. Again, I emphasize it does take time to adjust.Overall:Overall, I love both cups, especially the smaller one for my lighter days. The bigger cup was great for my heavy days and it did take a cycle to adjust to it however, once I figured out what worked best for me in regards to insertions removal method I found it to be amazing. Both cups create a seal/suction really easy so I won't be too worried about leaks. In terms of cleaning, I used a scent free soap after removing it once it was time (usually after 4-6 hours depending on the day) and boiled the cup after each cycle. Overall, I would recommend this cup to anyone looking to switch but make sure you do your research. I cannot emphasize this enough do your research and read other people's experience a lot of women find it difficult to use on the first try however, after a cycle or two it definitely becomes easier and more comfortable. Also you get two!! Most brands have this price for one cup so it is definitely a steal!*One thing I want to mention regarding insertion and removal, please do not try to jam the cup up there or aggressively tug it to remove it. This could cause brusing to your wall if you're too rough and would most likely be the reason for your discomfort/pain if you experience any. Be patient, relax and do this process gently to ensure the least amount of discomfort.

Love the large cup
I have had my previous menstrual cup for ten years and loved it, but it only held 15ml and I had no idea they had started making larger menstrual cups. Love the larger cup for heavy flow. Comfortable, doesn’t feel like I’m wearing anything at all.

Venus cup started kit
Im in love!! Ive used the diva cup in the past and stopped using it because i lost interest in it after a while but decided to give it a try again , it’s affordable on the long run and i got this one because if was a bigger cup and i thought would hold on more fluid throughout the day and ive not been disappointed this cup is amazing ive only used the larger cup so far maybe on the light days ill give the small one a try. The shape is good i can insert it with no problem and take it out with no issues either I love it im not going back to tampons again and ive had no leaks, i used a pad just in case but not even a spot so far! I Read the little instructions booklet it came with and it gave me all the tips to make it work perfect. The packaging was in perfect conditions as well! Thank you so much!! This is great for any woman no more frustrations when I get my period I can go hours without emptying amazing!!!

My favourite cup
This cup is my favourite cup, the softness is perfectly balanced with the firmness. This is not my first cup, for anyone trying cups for the first time there is definitely a learning curve. The fact that this set has 2 sizes really works for me, I personally prefer the smaller one, but appreciated being able to try the larger one.
