UPair One Plus Drone with 2.7K Camera, 5.8G FPV Monitor Transmit Live Video, 2.4G Remote Controller, GPS Auto Return Function, a key to Return, Beginners Drone (2.7K Plus)

There were a number of bad reviews on the older Upair one so I decided to try the Upair one plus hoping they got all the bugs worked out. They didn't. After my second flight the problems started to mount. First of all in mid flight the headless mode stopped working. Well it still worked but it now worked backwards which is basically not working. I tried turning it off and restarting and it still worked backwards. Then on my 3rd flight after landing the drone would not turn off. I still had flight control but the unit would not stop the props. I had to pick it up to turn it off with the battery. On top of that when I picked it up to turn it off the thing thought it was flying and turned the props on full speed and tried to fly away. This is a major safety issue and makes this thing Dangerous.The other major problem I had was with the video and picture quality. Terrible to say the least. This thing is supposed to shoot at 1080p quality in 2.7k. It looks more like a 480 video. Really bad. Not to mention the video was choppy and skipped as the drone was moving. That alone is enough to make me want to return the Upair not taking into account that the headless wasn't working. I saw a number of good quality videos on YouTube. The one I had must have a defective camera.I've heard that the manufacturer had a lot of quality control issues with the regular Upair one. It was kind of hit and miss wether or not you would get a dud. Judging from this the same can be said for the Upair one Plus. Buy at your own risk. There is a 50 percent chance you will get a dud.I am returning mine and will start saving up for a Phantom.Update.G10 contacted me about my review and asked me to remove it in exchange for a 50 percent discount. I have already purchased a different drone that I am completely happy with but thought that for 50 percent off this would make a good secondary option assuming it worked correctly. I told G10 that I would be happy to update my review based on the quality of the new drone they offered to send me. That was not good enough for them and they refused to issue me the discount unless I first deleted my negative review. They basically gave me the run around in an attempt to get me to delete this review. I doubt that they ever intended to actually issue me the discount in the first place. This is obviously a very shady company that does not stand by their product. I highly recommend looking elsewhere.Spend the extra hundred dollars and buy the DJ I phantom 3. At least they are a reputable company. The quality is far superior and they have replacement parts and batteries available unlike the Upair.

My first impressions of it, hard to set up. But once you figure all that guff out, it's very fun! Worth the money I'd say. For the price, I'm not too sure you can beat it.Flies very stable, moves quickly, decent gimbal (a bit of jello, barely noticeable but there), good camera (not entirely convinced it's 2.7k, but it's at least 1080p quality, good enough for me). The app itself is apparently still being worked on, so there are features missing, but as is, it's really fun!After many flights, it died in the air once and my video was lost. It landed safely, but afterwards, every time I take off the drone starts spinning. I can't control the yaw at all and the only way I could land it safely was with the app. I don't believe I can fly it anymore, don't know the diagnostic for this kind of thing. There's no way to know how to calibrate something or know something with this drone, as the app is and will remain unfinished and the answers are hard to find online.

I first got Upair one 2.7k. It had a weird issue of hovering round and round in air. Even RTL didnot help.So I returned it. By then this new version Upair one plus came into market.I thought of giving this a try and as of now,I flew it 7 times as of now. Twice it flew very stably. But other 5 times, it was very unstable.I did give a positive feed back few days back. But my past few days experience have been very disappointing.Its really scary when your drone goes crazy like this.Never attempt to fly in close vicinity of others or water. Its dangerous.I had atleast some hopes with this one :-(

This upair one plus is a fun drone to fly the camera takes awesome video and pictures has a lot of features in a small package auto land and take off is my favorite position hold works like a dream. The batteries last longer than any drone I have had. Customer service is amazing had trouble binding controler Grace from GTEN contacted me and solved my problem .

This drone is one of the most cost effective drones I have seen so far. You will not find a better deal on a drone that has a high definition camera and a gimbal. Make sure and read the instructions carefully and start by practicing in a wide open area and you will not be disappointment.

I crashed my Upair one drone while doing some filming around a small lake. Any way it crashed. I called up g10 to see what my options were and because it had been wet they said it would be unrepairble. The person I was emailing to was very nice and she was very fast at responding to my emails. Im happy working with g10 because they are working with me on a replacement. I give them 5 stars.

Control remote stopped working after 2 months and cant get an answer to fix

Controler battery failed to soon and the charger failed. So far new ones work ok
