Q: Would this be stable with wind?

It held up well for me in the wind (nothing too crazy like a storm). There is Tie rope included and at the top of each side are post to secure the screen to a Fence or wall. also, comes with 4 stakes for the ground that can be secured with the Rope as well. which helps keep it sturdy, which can effectively prevent wind.

Q: What Projector is recommended to use with this?

Any projector that supports 4K, 3D, HD will do, the higher the parameter, the clearer the projection.

Q: Can you show movies from the back?

I believe you can. I can see from the back when i project it from the front. but it's not as bright.
