Disappointed with Quality and Performance

The inability to make straight lines further added to my frustration. This is a basic requirement for any hair clipper, and it's disappointing to see it not being met.Another significant drawback is the power of the machine. It feels low powered, lacking the strength needed to smoothly cut through hair. This makes the grooming process not only inefficient but also quite tedious.Lastly, the claim of being 'zero gapped' seems misleading. The clippers did not provide the close cut that I was expecting from a zero-gapped device. This discrepancy between the product's advertising and its actual performance is quite disheartening.Overall, I'm dissatisfied with my purchase. Perfect value for money!
My use is considered light, first time I needed to charge it was literally after 7.5 months from my first use, however, Battery LED was showing c.44% when it died.It is safe for facial hair trimming, but not for nuts and bikini area, it is sharp and nicks a lot.
