Nitebeam 900A - High Power 900 Lumen Flashlight Complete Set

While it's often not available on Amazon I had previously gotten a 900 model for my brother and he thought it was a pretty nice light although he didn't need, or really want, all the different light modes. I was looking for a light and saw this 900 A model which is basically on or off and bought one. Now first surprise was that it came with a bonus light for free (think it normally sells for around $10 here) which was nice but that isn't this review.Now I DID have a bit of a problem with this light shortly after I started using it. For whatever reason the switch cap acted up on me; one night I put it on a shelf thinking it was off only to find it on when I went to get it later and shortly after that I couldn't keep it ON except by holding the power button. Sent a quick message back to the company asking about this (I've had several lights that that don't seem to keep a good connection but this problem seeming to be 100% switch.) and they sent me a couple switch caps to replace the defective one. After changing the cap the light has worked fine even in the -35 temperatures we recently endured not that I was running it very long out in those conditions.The barrel is just long enough I can wrap my hand around it with lens/reflector coming out. I also work over a slatted floor and the lens end is just big enough NOT to fall through.Now if there is a complaint it could be that the beam it pretty tightly focused BUT if you're looking for a bright light that could shine some distance a wider dispersion just lessens the effect anyway. If you want to light up the local area a lantern of some kind would be better but that's not what this light is good for.

The light is very strong and the batteries last well over an hour at full brightness I love the fact it came with two batteries but whatever your level of flashlight connoisseurness is this ones bright enough to impress and light up the night. I've had it a couple months now and it's been used moderately much in rain, cold etc just have not dropped it yet but then we'll see how strong it really is. I think it can handle it. Biggest thing is that it's brighter then most 100-200 lights and I only paid 43 bucks for it :)Highly recommended and would buy another one in a heartbeat!

Exactly what I was looking for and more. Battery and charger makes it convenient. The second battery is an unexpected bonus. The combo makes the flashlight ready for use at all times. The beam is bright and powerful, ready in focus. The compact size makes it easy to carry.

I ordered this light because I already had one and really liked it. However, this one appeared to be one that had been returned and supposedly been refurbished. The different stages of strobe and S O S did not work. Have never used those but think if it's advertised as such it should perform as stated. Other lights offer more now. Just a little disappointed and will not order from them in the future

The seller shipped flashlight kit very fast, this flashlight is brighter than a car headlight and is small, light and built with quality, and don't have to buy any batteries. Exactly what I was looking for.

I have three of these with the oldest being about five years old. Cannot be beat for the money.
