Charger failed in a short time but was replaced.
Unit worked well but charger did not last more than 2 weeks. Needs to run more than 3 minutes at a time. Got a replacement unit because of the charger: very good customer service.

Infra infrared handhelds devise
This infra red hand held works great. I had hip replacement and had inflammation and it works great for that. It will run for 3 min at a time. I left it on for 14 min. The rubber cover is great and keeps the machine from burning your skin. Within two days the inflammation had gone down immensely. You won’t be disappointed. Be sure to charge it up. The battery is long lasting between charges. It’s the perfect size to hold in your hands and is fairly lightweight.

Excellent results with my Physical Therapy clients, family and personal pain and symptoms.
The media could not be loaded. I am a Physical Therapist and Owner of a private practice clinic. This is a fantastic product! In my experience of over 40+ years in this field, I have tried and used several modalities with clients/ patients as well as for myself. The results have been phenomenal for both acute and chronic aches, pains, and inflammatory problems. in addition, there have been positive results with tight and sore muscles or joints. It is easy to use, durable and is made with quality material. I am encouraged by the consistent and often rapid relief reported by my clients as well as personally experienced by myself and family. I highly recommend this product!

A convenient and effective device.
We, my wife and I, have only used this for about a week. She has neuropathy in her feet, where she can't feel the floor beneath her. After the first session she said the bottoms of her feet lightly tingled, and that that was the first feeling she had from them in over a year. Sine then she's had treatments on other parts of her body and remarks on the slight lessening of pain she experiences. This is no miracle device, nor does it claim to be. But continued and regular use of may provide some benefit, and that is what we're hoping for.For myself, I have achey hands and tried this for the first time today. My hands have been better, such that I don't feel the necessity of wearing the therapeutic gloves I normally do when at the computer or driving. Again, I think continued use of this device will benefit my hands. The device is easy to use and light-weight, and comes in a colorful but secure case. The two criticisms I have of it are that the silicon collar you can put around the light head (with the LEDs) is not very secure and will come off if you do a 3-minute session and (even gently) move the device around the affected area. The manual, while attractive, has issues with color-contrast between the ink used for certain areas of print and the background of the paper. In other words, some things are difficult to read. And the text should be reviewed by a native English speaker - some of the words used are a bir odd.

Best device on Amazon
If you are looking for red light therapy, this is the device to get. Not a cheap knockoff. Strong therapy and it really works. Quality built, medical rated, and a USA company with US support.

Red light therapy
What I don't like about this product is it gets way too hot so you can't touch it to your skin. And the piece of rubber that goes around it to keep it from touching your skin pops off and it's a pain to always have to put it back on. Now of course it won't pop off if you keep it stationary but if the spot is bigger than one little point, I want to be able to move it up and down over the whole area. So this piece of equipment needs not to get so hot that you can't touch it to your skin and the piece of rubber to keep it away from your skin needs to be made so it stays on their permanently. Unfortunately I cannot find the product that I had for 50 years anymore. That product was still red light therapy but you could touch it to your skin and it wouldn't burn it. So the only reason I keep it is because it's really the only one that is a handheld one that you can use.

Wow!
I'm a massage therapist and have been dealing with on going elbow pain, golfers elbow, for 3 months. I used this twice on my elbow and the pain has significantly decreased! This is definitely worth every penny.

Remove clear protective plastic film from face of lights! “Barely can tell it’s there”
DONT FORGET TO REMOVE CLEAR PLASTIC “new lens cover” from off the face of the lights, at first it’s hard to peel off and hardly noticeable. The cover over timer has a tab to help remove, but before you install silicone donut lens cover remove the thin clear plastic protective cover.
