Does exactly as it prescribes. the buckle is larger than expected although strong enough to support whatever you are carrying.

Well made but small
Seems well made but on the small side. Fits on if you are a 32" waist or smaller, but if you are bigger you will find it tight at the maximum length.

Great belt for long runs!
This belt is great for the average runner not wanting to carry much on long run. It does have enough spots for l gels but of using bigger gels hard to get into slots. Hard to also remove when ready to use. When fill of gels I have a hard time getting belt to stay tight and gels bounce around. But it does the trick!
