My cart arrived with instructions. You can either call the company or look on u tube. The cart is wonderful and well worth the effort of putting it together.

There are 23 inches between the shelves. It is more than enough space for a recycle bin.

Q: How much can this hold in pounds? What is the weight limit?

Very strong and sturdy. If you use two bins (as pictured) you could fill both of them and still not have to worry about it. It is very strong, designed for strength.
