Sent the wrong hydrometer
The hydrometer I received is for Sugar water. I work with sodium hypochlorite. Checking the density of the sodium hypochlorite helps water systems understand how long the disinfectant will last.By the time I was able to use this instrument, the return policy had passed.The picture and increments show that the product is for density and it does not show on the picture that it is for sugar water.I am very disappointed that I received this error on your end.
