Does this controller work with digital or individually addressable rgbw led strips?

How many stripsin parallel at how long can this handle?

Will this work to control 12v led landscape lights? i need to install it after the 120/12 transformer on the 12v line going to the landscape lights.

Has anyone else had an issue where this RGBW controller stops responding to the ZWave hub and needs to be reset? I must do this yearly!
