I am a big fan of Elemis' Ultra-Smart Pro Collagen Night Genius but had to lower the rating on that one because it came in unsuitable packaging so I was so glad that this came in a pump to preserve the ingredients better.This serum is totally different from the Night Genius cream and I was almost surprised the two are even related because they seem so different. My favorite face serum that I have used for years has more of a silicone feeling to it so it took me some time to adjust to this and decide that I even liked this product. If you are also coming from a different type of serum, give this some time.I initially felt like the light-weight lotion just wasn't doing its job and there wasn't any substance to it. I almost gave up on using it. It's only been over time that I've started to feel like it has any benefit. There are some really good ingredients in here and I'm glad I've had a chance to use it. I've tried it both with the night cream and with other creams. I've also tried it as a stand alone product.Younger users can probably get away with using it as a stand alone product because it is so light weight. Older users will want to wait five minutes after applying it and then apply a heavier day or night cream because it will likely not be moisturizing enough. It is somewhat healing on its own but not heavy enough (as expected for a serum) to be a stand alone product for most of us.If you're looking for a good quality light weight serum, this is worth considering if you can afford it. It has some great ingredients. I didn't find it to be as anti-aging as some serums but its also less irritating as some of the stronger retinols so it may be a nice balance for many.

I've been using this cream for a few months now, and now feel confident in saying that it's worth it despite the three figure price tag. Here's why- the smell is strong but not obnoxious - you can skip the cologne or other perfumes if you use this- unlike some cheaper stuff, this cream is easily absorbed by the skin. the directions say to use one or two pumps, but I find that it's so absorbable, you might need three. I guess that's bad because it means you'd run out sooner...- after using the cream, the skin looks a bit more radiant. it's hard to explain - it's not oily reflections, but for some reason the skin looks a bit fuller, if that makes sense?- great as a gift too - the outer box and the can itself are both elegant and refined. as expected of a luxury British brand.

Look, this stuff really WORKS. As a mid-30s male, I've never really cared much about how my face "looked" -- wrinkles and crow's feet were all welcome. When I had the chance to give this product a trial, I thought, why not? After a few days of testing, I ended up incorporating this into my daily routine religiously. What I noticed after a week or so of use was that my face stayed moisturized throughout the day, even with a single pump in the morning of before I would head out for the day. Used in conjunction with the eye serums and night time moisturizer, this thing really works.I'm now about a month into using the product, and I've even noticed a reduction in my crow's feet and lines that hitherto I just accepted as part of life as I aged. I've tried cheaper, alternative creams and moisturizers in the past, but none have had the effect this has had. It's soft, velvet-like texture and really wonderful fragrance are added bonuses. This really leaves your face smelling "nice" throughout the day as well.My biggest complaint is simply the cost. While this will last you a LONG-TIME, especially at just a single pump a day, it is hardly a "cost effective" approach. I can't help but think you're spending a lot of extra $ on marketing, packaging (which is very sleek!), and the name of the brand. I'm sure some of their "macro and micro algae" technology is part of the reason for the success, but does it justify the price point? That's only for you to decide. For me, I'll probably let my crow's feet and face lines settle back in once I'm done with this bottle.

I am a novice when it comes to most beauty products or having a great routine, but I have definitely been working to improve the quality of products I use and the time I put into my skincare.I know how important collagen is and I take it as a supplement, but recently thought it would be a value-add to apply directly to my skin as well. I am still young and have not seen many signs of aging, but realize I have to work at it to keep it that way. This serum was easy to apply (followed directions of applying 1-2 pumps directly to my skin). This easily massaged into my skin and didn't leave me with a stick/greasy feeling face like some others do.All in all, this product made me feel refreshed and was truly light weight. I would recommend it.

Cost the same - the first one last 3 months and this one less than a month - crazy

I am very happy with the performance of this serum so far and have incorporated it into my skin care routine. The serum is light weight and absorbent while being of great quality. The scent is subtle but lovely and a little does go a long way. I really like the pump - it works well and allows me to control how much of the product I use. The packaging is very eye-catching and looks fantastic. I keep this in a dark, cool area of the bathroom - but the container is almost too beautiful to be hidden away.

Very light pleasant scent, this collagen serum is gentle on the skin and absorbs quickly with no residue left behind, no sticky or greasy skin after using. My skin just soaked it up. You can use day and night. The pump disperses nicely so you get what you need per use. I'm new to using so I'm anxious to see how it improves my skin. I'm using it in combination with the day/night eye cream.

I have nothing bad to say about this (extremely expensive) serum. It is thick, with a lotion-like color and texture. It absorbs extremely well and makes my skin moisturized and even. The packaging is superb and reflects this product's price. It's hard to assess this serum's anti-aging claims, but I enjoy using it. When I start looking like JLo, I'll update my review.
