Used to have a bodyblade until it broke. Wasn't paying their prices. Bought this as a cheaper alternative - much better - much harder 😩😩

The product arrived unfortunately with a cracked handle. I didn't' send back due to the hassle involved. The biggest problem is the product comes with no instructions of how to use it in a workout. I would have loved a link to exercises and guidance.

Sent back within minutes of receiving. One end is less flexible than the other making it awkward to use. Hopefully mine was just a bad one. Won't be giving it another try

Well pleased!This is great for burning those extra calories everyday in the morning afternoon and evenings and days you don’t go to the gym. You can create an extra calorie deficit of 150/200 calories per day - that’s 1,400 calories per week - a pound and a half ever 4 weeks!It’s strong and sturdy, well made and doesn’t take up any space. Good excercise tool for toning and building strength

The item should be the same size as the box it came in, i.e 12 inches bigger. Because of the small size the actual force needed to get the vibrations is very much harder to get an maintain. Such a shame as otherwise a good sturdy product

Not as good as other brands

This product is good , but it would be good idea to have an exercise guide introduction sheet and possibility a website for workouts .
