It's ok-ish for a first harness so far as I can tell; I do have a few gripes however... I have a 32" waist and so normally medium works out well for me. In this case medium felt far too tight (although in fairness I didn't account for the fact that obviously I'm wearing it over clothing.) My other issue is with the plastic leg buckles, one of which has already completely broken after only maybe 6 or 7 different gym sessions. I'll be honest and say I'd probably recommend a different product to anyone starting out.

Super product. Bought so I could climb my yacht mast to do a repair. Was hanging in the harness for about 90 minutes with no discomfort. Easy to put on and adjust for a tight comfortable fit.
