I’ve used the 7/0 hooks on my 100g and 160g jigs, which seem to be the perfect size. These hooks are extremely robust and thick, although it tapers nicely to a fine point. All hooks were very sharp out of the box and has a slight bend at the eye, making them ideal for assist hooks. Being stainless is a plus as they won’t rust as easy and I won’t have to change them too often. Only wish these were just slightly thinner… you’ll have to really set the hook like you mean it. Smaller sizes (5/0) just isn’t wide enough for my jigs. I’ll have to check the hookup ratio, and may have to reduce the double hooks to singles if I don’t get enough penetration. Overall they seem like good quality hooks meant for strong fish.

Just got these and they are quite sharp out of the bag, and appear to be strong, and of good quality. The 5/0, 7/0 in center of the photo are are comparabally sized to other popular quality hooks. I got these to customize butterfly jigs, and to replace trebbles on hard baits.

So far I'm impressed. Ultra sharp. No flex when trying to pull apart. I'm using for asst hook for jigging. I like to make my own at different lengths. Will buy more when needed. 20pcs is enough for now. Recommended.
