GH Sports Men's Munich Tights

I have an old pair of Hind Munich tights, and was always wondering how I was going to replace them when they were out. I was excited to see that this company had essentially reverse engineered the same garment. The material is a bit different, but I have to say, I think I like it better than the original. Very happy with these britches.

Back in the 1990s, the Hind Munich pant was a perfect compromise between tight-fitting lycra exercise pants and baggy cotton sweat pants. The style included zippered tapered ankles - but provided a more relaxed fit in the thighs and waist regions. Hind was bought by Saucony many years ago, but Saucony has continued the item under the name "Boston pant", and the fabric is currently styled (2022) a bit less athletic (i.e., textured and not black). GH sports markets a well-made clone of the original Hind style and aptly names it "Munich pant" Good job, GH Sports!

I bought these pants for my husband. He has old Hind Munich Pants that he has worn for more than 20 years and they are still usable. We were disappointed when Hind discontinued this product. The description states that GH tried to duplicate the original Munich Pant as closely as possible. They are well made and wash well. The material is different but and the stitched seam in the front is absent but they wear well. The only problem is they seem to run larger than the older ones. I had to return for one size smaller.

I used to purchase 2-3 of these Munich tights when I was coaching track in the 1980s. The company was bought out but the product is the same.....GREAT. I own 2 pairs and rotate them for my runs. I am very satisfied with the product!

These sweats are of the same Munich’s I had from years ago. I bought 2 pair of large and wore them every day until I lost weight; now that I’ve met my goal 232 to 177 I’ve bought a pair of mediums. Fit is perfect. Quality excellent.. the greatest value for your money. The early pair I bought 2 years ago have lost none of elasticity.. you can’t go wrong buying a pair. They’re so comfortable and stylish you won’t take them off.

I've run/lounged in Munich pants (not really tights) for decades. Fabric and fit here is familiar and just right. out of the package they seemed too big, loose (i have always worn a large) but with 3-4 washings the fit and waistband just right.i still have my old ones from ~1990 --so they hold up.
