Purchased the pet fountain pump to replace a failed unit in a water fountain bought 13 months ago. Cats were a little spooked by the light to start with but are fine with it now

The pump is powerful enough as it is on 24 hours

Easy to put into fountain rather than buying a new fountain my last one lasted one year

The pump isn't compatible with the most common blue flower cat fountain (which is pictured in the product description and the ad says it IS compatible)The pump seems to work for only a half hour or so before stopping. The light is still working, so I know it's not a power supply issue. If I unplug then plug back in, it works. But again, only for a half hour, and it makes a rather alarming noise.I've discovered that it's because the bit that sticks up and pushes the water up is too tall and gets caught in the funnel part of the fountain. So it seems to overheat and shut off or something.It's a design flaw, and this company shouldn't be claiming it's compatible with the pet fountains as it's false advertising. I will be asking for my money back.

Everything seemed to be ok, and then in the last couple of weeks it's become intermittent. I've cleaned and descaled but looks like I need another pump again already! Disappointing.I need that fountain running or my cat won't drink!

Good to begin with but only lasted 10 months

Ho aspettato un po’ per recensire, ho una fontana ormai da 4 anni, fin ora è il secondo motorino che cambio, purtroppo può succedere in estate perché il gatto beve molto di più io ne ho 5 e si deve far attenzione a non arrivare al di sotto del livello dell’acqua nella fontanella. Cambio filtri ogni settimana, io ho il modello base come in foto ed è andata perfettamente

Muy bien envío muy rápido y el motor se pega con la ventosas al fondo y funciona perfectamente y se ilumina con la bombilla que lleva .

La fontaine de mes chats ne fonctionnait plus , un drame pour eux qui ne boivent que de cette façon. J’ai acheté plusieurs fontaines à eau et à chaque fois, c’est la panne mais avec l’achat de ce petit moteur , le problème est résolu et mes chats sont ravis. Maintenant j’espère que ça va tenir dans le temps

Unser Brunnen war kaputt weil die Katzen gedacht haben es wäre lustig den Kabel durch zubeißen. Tja was soll man sagen jetzt wissen sie das sie dann aus einem Napf trinken müssen und das war ihnen so zu wider das sie seit dem wir den Brunnen repariert haben mit der neuen Pumpe nicht mehr an den Kabel gekaut haben.
