Have to say this is one of the best oven therms i've ever used. Beyond the temps being spot on (checked w/calibrated digital therm) it is waterproof and the swivel hanger clip allows you to angle it to any viewable position. I mainly use this in my smoker and would definitely purchase again when it is back in stock.
