HanesWomen's Long Sleeve Cotton T-Shirt, Lightweight Crewneck Tee for Women, Modern Fit

The "deep dive" color is beautiful. I have no complaints, BUT, if you are buying the navy blue, don't get the small size. The sleeves are too tight. I weigh 90 pounds; my arms are so small that they look like sticks. In spite of that, I was almost not able to fit into the sleeves. The rest of the measurements were fine. At first, I had bought a size medium. I liked the loose look of it. I'm buying another in medium in navy, because I can't trust the sleeves on the small.They shrink in the first wash. Keep that in mind. It wrinkled when it comes out of the dryer. Maybe I need to take it out sooner. Generally, I'm very happy with this product.

I love the lightweight, soft cotton feel of the shirt. The purple color ('violet splendor') is beautiful and just what I wanted. I've had 6 long sleeved Hane's shirts for years and hope this lasts as well as the old ones. I like the narrow sleeves because I tend to push up my sleeves and this helps them stay up.The size S 'violet splendor' shirt fit nicely, just like my old ones.PROBLEMS: The size S 'sizzling pink' shirt was significantly smaller, and I had to return it. I got a size M which fit. BTW holding them up together the size M pink is the same size as the size S violet. Also, on the pink shirt the bottom hem was poorly sewn. The stitching missed the edge of the fabric, so it frays a bit. I kept it anyway because I love the color and feel.Because I do love these shirts I ordered 2 more!Size S "regalia blue" fits as expected. The color blue is much lighter than shown, but a nice slightly grayish blue.Size S "cactus" fits as expected. The color is a bit greener than shown, but about the same color value and quite nice.

I am 5'11", 145lbs, got the medium navy. The arms are too short but the body is the perfect length and the top part is a tiny bit tight. I have a 36B chest, so am not super busty, but the top is still snug in the chest area. I do have broader shoulders for a woman.The top does shrink. I hand washed and lined dry and it shrank, just cuz that's what cotton does, so take that into consideration when you buy.The color is beautiful, a deep, rich navy, and the cotton is nice and substantial. I LOVE that it's an opaque, not see-through top. Remember when like every cotton t-shirt was see-through?? I'll buy this top again in large just for the longer arms. This being the height of summer I'm not bothered that the arms are short, given that the overall construction feels solid. Assuming that the large has longer arms and isn't only bigger in the body! ;)I also really appreciate that I can find a 100% cotton shirt at such a reasonable price. I would like to be able to spend $50 on a t-shirt made in the USA, but that's not my budget right now, and having the option to buy a nice cotton shirt that is in my budget is really helpful.

I was so looking forward to getting this shirt. It's hard to find all cotton knit. Cotton knit is usually soft, comfortable and breathable, as well as being stretchy. This fabric wasn't especially soft and comfortable and it barely stretched. It's not a high quality cotton. The arms were really long and narrow. I couldn't get the sleeves on all the way and I always wear a size large. The length of the sleeves would seem to indicate that the shirt was designed for a tall person, but the torso was short. The shirt didn't make it as far as my hips and I'm under 5 feet tall. The width of the shirt was technically correct. However, because it barely stretches it was very constricting when pulling it on, and the head opening was so small that I had to really work to get my head through it. My updo was a wreck by the time I got it over my head. I was disappointed to say the least. I wish Hanes made the quality shirts the way they used to.

I got this to go under certain t-shirts if it was cold outside. I got it in white, and the color hasn’t faded after multiple washes. It’s a normal crew-neck shirt that will work with all kind of t-shirts. It’s not super thin, so you should still put a jacket on so you won’t freeze. It’s not see-through at all. It keeps you warm, but not too warm; because it isn’t fleece lined. It’s a crew-neck cut that shouldn’t itch the skin. It can be used for all kind of activities including walking outside, going to the gym, running, playing sports, shopping, e.t.c. It has a very simple style that won’t be inappropriate to anyone who looking at it. Great quality as expected from Hanes. Love their stuff!

Hane's Tagless Longsleeve tees have been staples of my wardrobe for years. Apparently Hanes still offer them for men but not DISCONTINUED women! I tried this alternative and WOW disappointing in every way. The tagless shirt version was super soft, a nice heavy weight, strong and substantial. The cotton on these shirts is MUCH thinner and not as soft. The sleeves around the forearms are too narrow and tight yest everywhere else on the body the shirt is loose fitting. Worst of all the annoying DOUBLE tag at the back of the neck is itchy and sewn in such a way that it cannot be cut off without leaving scratchy edges. All in in all a BIG FAIL for me. I'm a gardener who has kept a steady supply of thoseTAGLESS shirts in my closet for many year and this shirt is NOT an adequate substitute!

I am never disappointed when I order Hanes. These cotton shirts are soft, and not clingy with a really nice neckline, and good sleeve length. These are roomy and can accommodate another shirt underneath. I wash them in a delicate cold-water setting, line dry them, and toss in a hot dryer AFTER they have dried, which takes out any wrinkles without shrinking them. I am going to stock up, while they are available at such a great price. (I am 105 pounds and 5'3 and wear size 4-6 and I buy these in the size small.)

The fabric was a nice medium weight. The color was better than shown. I was happy with both the fabric and the color.I ordered a Large, my usual size. The fit on the body was not roomy but not too snug. The arms are a different story. Extremely tight. Almost impossible to get your arms through and equally impossible to adjust seams, my arms are average size. I would have exchanged it for an XL had I not accidentally put it in the wash.

I purchased this long sleeved t-shirt in medium black after reading all the reviews. It is cotton and may shrink in the dryer. It is a little long in the sleeves, but I am a petite woman. I should have bought two as now the price has increased.
