Love mine!
I got.this for my Ultra Classic. It fits snug and doesn't move. Easy to install and use. I love how the clip goes around the whole handle bar I know it won't slip off while I am riding. It holds the phone on the top and bottom, this helps reassure me that my phone will not slip out while hitting bumps. I love how it can be taller for easy viewing when using the GPS. I have been using it for a few years and have not had any issues with phone falling or shaking uncontrollably or anything. I love how it is made of metal and can withstand the elements. I would never buy a plastic one in fear of it easily chipping and breaking while riding. This is the best mount! Thank you!

Love the product
I have this on the left side handlebar of a Street Glide for over a year, and recently added to my Road King, replacing the bulky HD phone holder that uses the left control screws. This is more compact, sturdier and installs easily around the handlebars rather than replacing the $20 stock screws. I have turned the top bracket backwards, and the system is plenty secure using only the bottom parts of the bracket around my iPhone. The cam mount bracket is great for positioning and the phone does not shake or vibrate at all and is easy to use when needed. It was a little difficult getting the positioning right on the Street Glide due to the limited space, and it does block me from seeing the left turn signal light on the dash. Outside of that, it's a great solution.

Sturdy
I'm very happy with this so far. It holds my Motorola Moto G Stylus phone with an OtterBox on it, and does it well. No fancy, overcomplicated mechanism that's just waiting to break or fail to do the job like others. It's very adjustable and holds my phone steady on my motorcycle. My wife saw it and wanted one for her bike, and I plan to buy one more for my other bike. Edit: both originals are still holding up nicely, and I just installed the third one. Still very happy with them.

Great phone mount
I use this phone mount for my Harley Road Glide. I've bought many mounts in the past that were plastic and did not hold up over time. I love the fact that this mount is not plastic. It looks and feels very sturdy. The mount was very easy to install with unlimited options to place the unit on handle bars and orient the display. Unlike other mounts that shake and vibrate, this mount does not move.I only hope is that the spring mechanism that grabs the phone continues to hold up and does not stick due to bugs, weather and other conditions it will be subject to. So far, I am very pleased and would rate it a 5 out of 5.

It’s a beast.
This is industrial strength. It fits my ProMax iPhone in an Otterbox and holds it steady as a rock. You know when you order something and hope it’s what you really want? This is it. It’s even better than I was hoping. Using it on an e-bike.

Cant figure out how to keep it from spinning on handlebars
I got this for my bicycle, I ride roads and packed gravel trails. I dont have much space (e-bike with controls and smaller handlebars) and this one had the ability to rotate in so many ways I knew it would work. It sticks up above the handlebar and clears all my other stuff. I found it can spin on the handlebars and drop down even with no phone. I used the plastic insert that came with it. When that did not work I changed to gorilla tape because it was ruffer and2 layers means I can tighten and compress the tape. That helped a bit, stays in place as long as the phone is not there. After a couple of hours of riding with the small iphone it spun and dropped down again. I will give it one more shot before I throw it in the trash. Will update my post with results.
