Good product
I’ve been using these pillows for last two years or so, and it turned out to be very comfortable and it retained the shape, even after two years of use.I still get pain in my neck while sleeping on these pillows, but the severity of the pain is 90% less than the other pillows I used to sleepon.So if you want something comfortable, and you have a little bit of pain in and around your neck, I recommend this.

Value for money
Bought that pillows now the second time. It’s expensive but in a long run a good investment. Quality, packaging and information are top professional…. And as a German living 20+ years in India I appreciate the cooperation with BASF 😎

Disappointing Purchase – Not What It Claims to Be
The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased what was advertised as a king-size, four-inch thick pillow, and I couldn't be more disappointed. After spending a considerable amount of money, I expected a comfortable and supportive pillow. Instead, what I received was incredibly thin and far from plush.The quality is subpar, with hardly any cushioning to speak of. It feels more like a flattened piece of fabric than the luxurious support I was promised.Save your money and look elsewhere. This pillow did not deliver on any of its claims, and I regret falling for the marketing hype. A complete waste!

Almost good
This is actually a very nice set of pillows for the price. Saw some people talking about stiffness, so let me add to that. The stiffness of the two pillows I got were different for some reason. One was soft and another was a little stiff. Not by much but still noticeable. About the neck pain, it took me a couple of weeks to get accustomed to the pillow. I too had pain when I started using it. But now its perfectly alright. So I guess some people will need time to get used to the resistance of the pillow. One thing I absolutely hated when I got this pillow was the smell. Even though they mentioned it in the packing that it will go away when exposed to sunlight, it didn't. Took over a week for the smell to disappear. Its perfect now. If you are ok with the week long adjustment period then this will be a good deal.
