The knife is very sharp and easily cut anything. I was provided from amazon a used one. I contact the company and sent photos and they provided a new one in 2 days. Great company and support.

Exceed all expectations, very sharpe, excellent for cutting up meat.

Very uncomfortable to grip properly, on the spine of the blade the edges were unfinished and quite sharp so it's impossible to get a good grip for cutting without cutting your hand.For £30 you get what you pay for, however with that I'll add, the knife does everything it needs to while looking good.

This was a gift for my youngest son, who does a lot of cooking at his gf house. He had been eyeing up my cleaver, as I use mine for more than butchery, and he has seen how versatile they can be.Its always a bit of a gamble buying knives for other people, as weight and balance is personal to the individual. My son is really happy with it, and longer gazes longingly at my old wooden handled cleaver!
