Giving this 5 starts because it matched the description and I have one of these before. The head usually breaks off after 2-3 years, so maybe this is a good life expectancy. This one was more expensive than others I have bought so hoping to get more life. Let's just leave it at I use it a lot.

i really like this ball retriever so far. I haven’t had it long so I can’t speak to how it will hold up over time but it seems to be really well made. I have the 18ft version which under most circumstances is longer than I need. Each extension moves smoothly and locks positively in place with a slight twist. It is somewhat heavy but I think that is due to the sturdy tubing.

My gift recipient is quite pleased with this addition to his golfing collection. I would recommend this as a gift to the golfer in your life.

Lightweight and easy to use. Save 3 or 4 golf balls and this retriever is worth every penny.

This is the 2nd one of these I have owned. The 1st one lasted much longer than the 2nd that I recently purchased in August & it is past the return date. The 2nd plastic retriever head broke yesterday, 11/18/2024 when it was not even in use.

This product is 15 foot long got great reach and it’s got great ball grip I recommend it

Well built does a good job

I was very impressed with the speed in which this was delivered at such a busy time of year. My husband was delighted with this Christmas present and said it was just what he wanted.

Super easy to use. I think having a clamp style tightened would have been better then a spun tightener but that's not really an issue.The last rod is quite flimsy so be careful when reaching and digging a bit for balls as it bent on me. I was able to bend it back and it seems to be working OK since.Very nice having the extra reach and it compacts nicely so it doesn't seem out of place in my golf bag.

Strength, length and excellent ball pick up even under water. Can reach balls just a out anywhere, without need to scramble into tricky or dangerous locations.
