Quality Not tested before despatch
All the letters printed on the name board were slanted. The printed matter was not parallel to the border of the name board.

Color variations
The product looks fully black color which I don’t like whereas it is show as grey color which is my favorite color, I am disappointed

It's adequate but not like the image
First, be careful to check the size. I didn't and it is very long and large for a desk. Secondly, it is stark black and white, not like the greyish chrome finish that the image shows. Otherwise it's decent quality and the response from the team while choosing font etc is professional and quick.
