I never heard of these but I have heard of lions mane and all the medicinal benefits it has. These supershrooms are a organic mushroom blend of 7 different types of mushrooms. Maitake, Cordyceps, Reishi, King Trumpet, Shiitake, Lions Mane and turkey tail. Each mushroom has its own benefits. After extensive research Lions mane has shown to reduce dementia, reduce anxiety and depression and help repair nerve damage. This Immune Boosting, Antioxidant, anti-inflammatory mushroom sounds too good to be true. Heres my story just taking them for a little over a week. I bin taking Supershrooms almost everyday, First thing I noticed my energy levels in the morning have bin great! Not groggy or foggy in morning and usually I am. Thats a big difference for me because I can get more work done and focus my Energy into more positive endeavors. My body feels good as well, my mind seems to have some clarity thats noticeable. Im glad I tried them because the effects im experiencing so far feel good on my mind and body. This is definitely worth trying.

I have found that the most potency is from fruiting bodies when it comes to mushroom supplements. This product does not give ratios of fruiting bodies powder vs mycelium powder so I am unsure the potency. It does include most of the current, popular mushrooms where my focus is on Lion's Mane for nootropic boost.The downside is at what ratios and how much of each supplement you are getting. Without having the amounts for the list of mushrooms, it could be 90% Shiitake for all the consumer knows. And it could 90% stems as well, reducing overall potency. I guess in 30 days, I'll know more and maybe give it a better Value rating, which is bring the overall rating down.The final thing is that the dosage is two capsules so the 60 capsule package is only a 30-day supply.I guess time will tell for this supplement. I'll try to circle back with findings.

I was real hesitant to try these. They sat on my counter teasing me for a few days before i finally did. I have a sensitive gut so my belly wasnt happy the first day, but i stuck with it and have been on these for 4 days now and i can honestly say i feel better. Mentally more focused and driven to do the things i usually dont want to do. More patience with my kids for 2 days, ive noticed and they have too. I still have a little bit of discomfort in my gut, but i dont know if is the mushroom pills doing it. Could be a million other things. If i continue with the gut pain then i will stop taking them and see if it subsides, but for now its mild and the benefits are outweighing the mild discomfort right now. They are easy to swallow but theres only a 15 day supply here, so thats discouraging for the price, but if the result continue to improve then i would consider buying again.

I tried these hoping it would give me a "brain boost" as it advertised but it didn't seem to do anything for me. They taste pretty bad, sort of like dirt, and the capsules are quite large so they're hard to swallow. I did not notice a brain/energy boost or an immunity boost when I took these.

While there is a lot of evidence that the various mushrooms in this mix are highly beneficial, the claims have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Personally, I don't have much respect for the FDA and believe they have mostly failed in their mission in spite of the huge number of dollars they have to work with.
