Needed a new coat for riding. Bought this a 2 sizes bigger than what I normally wear based on reviews. Really like the fit and feel of this jacket. Sleeves are a bit long, but will work great while riding so it's all good.

I absolutely love this jacket! The leather feels soft and consistent throughout, with a heavy duty zipper, consistent stitching, and no visible imperfections. From other reviews, I thought it was gonna be a very thin jacket, but it feels to be somewhat of a medium/thin weight to me. While this would not provide enough protection for riding an actual motorcycle, it definitely looks authentic, is made of real leather, is designed well and fitted, exactly what I was going for! I did have to reorder one size down, initially ordering a medium based on chest measurements listed, but felt a little too boxy for me as I wanted something more fitted. The small was perfect with still a little extra room in the sleeves and chest… shoulders were spot on. Definitely my favorite jacket now and to me, well worth the price! Thanks Vance!!

Reviewers of this jacket said that it ran small. Size small is listed as a 44 on Vances sizing chart. I have a dozen suits and sports coats that are size 40-41.I assumed for sure that the 44 would be plenty big enough for me, but it was tight. I have already processed a refund and re-purchased a medium.I gave this purchase only three stars for comfort only because it was too small. I will update in a new review if it fits better that the comfort is more than just three stars.When the jacket arrived I thought it looked great. The leather was nice and soft. The stitching all looked good and the zippers all worked fine with no catching.Several reviewers this jacket said that they thought it was not real leather. The description guarantees it is 100% real leather and there is also a tag inside the jacket that says it is 100% leather. I have no reason to believe that it is not. It feels looks and smells like real leather to me. I am curious why other buyers think it is fake.For those who are thinking about buying this jacket for motorcycle riding protection, this is probably not the right jacket for that. This is a fashion leather jacket. The leather is very soft and will shred in a second if you take a spill on your bike. If you were looking for riding protection, look elsewhere.I already own a couple of riding jackets that provide much better protection. Sure you can wear this while riding your motorcycle, but keep in mind it is a fashion jacket.I will update when the new jacket arrives.About a week later I have received a larger size, medium. First thing I noticed when putting it on, again, was the sleeves at the elbows and forearms is still a little tight with just a t-shirt. With a light sweater or sweatshirt it is tight but I can move my arms.A new problem that I didn’t have at all with the first, small size is the zipper. I saw other people/reviews mention this too so not just me.It’s been too cold here to wear outside but I have worn for 5-10 min in the house to see if I can live with this concerns.The zipper is breaking in at the bottom and in the middle when zipping up I have literally worn a spot where the zipper catches on the leather inside. So again breaking in.I really like the look and style. Leather is very nice feeling and price was fair for a motorcycle fashion jacket.I’ve looked around at the very few local stores that have leather jackets and haven’t seen anything I like so I am probably going to keep it and hopefully the sleeves and zipper continue to break in.

A high quality jacket. You must be carefully to the specifications of the size chart in order to receive the exact size to fit to you. The material is also of good quality and the tailored to. It has 2 inner pockets and an additional pocket for the mobile. All over is a high quality stuff.

This is a truly beautiful jacket but MUCH too small. I have a 42" chest but ordered large which is supposed to be a 46. The jacket I received had L on its label. But it was so small I couldn't even get it on. With such terrible sizing there is no point in even ordering another jacket. What size would I order? What true size would I get.!!! Very disappointing. How do they stay in business???

I wish this company had better quality control and did not send me a jacket with an improper cut for the zipper to properly function, allowing the zipper to cut into the leather. I ordered another coat hoping the next one will workout. I really like the coat other than this one issue. I tried this coat on once, attempted to use the zipper a couple of times. I purchased a L and an XL coat and returned both. One was a bit too small and one was too large. That said, I was impressed by the coat. It is well-made and looks good. The leather is relatively soft and pliable. It is finished nicely on the outside and inside. The coat is a medium weight and probably most appropriately worn on chilly days or nights. There are many competing coats from which to select in this category, but I think you'll be pleased with this coat.

I received my jacket from Vance Leather and love it. It was priced lower than others I was watching and I am very pleased with the quality and color. I had been shopping and had bought three jackets previously and had to send back because none were the quality or the color I was expecting. I was looking for a true cognac color and most were either dull tan or a brown shade. I am 6’ 218lbs and wear a 38 pants and 46 R sports coat and got the XL. The sleeves and shoulders are perfect though it is a little snug around the belly but was able to get it over a sweater comfortably. I am very pleased and would highly recommend this jacket

Bought it for my husband. Normally, he wears XL... We've commanded XXL and it is too tight for him.Beautiful product... But the size is too small

Received jacket today. Yes it fits and does look good. However it is advertised as 100 percent lamb skin real leather. Not the case at all, it is 100 percent faux leather, AKA fake.
