Amazing product, works perfectly and is faster than using ready to drink formula... a bit expensive but having twins is a life saver! No need to warm up, the temperature is just perfect and no lumps in the milk, it comes perfectly mixed. I highly recomand this especially for twin and multiple babies mums!

Bought a few months ago but only opened when baby arrived last week. The unit was defective upon opening, would not dispense water. Spent 5 days dragging out 3 emails from the manufacturer's customer service, completely useless. In the end, I did manage to get Amazon to allow a return outside 30 days, thankfully. I'm sure if it works, it works well, but I wouldn't count on Vorsprung to offer any aftersales help or support

It's a decent machine, but the Baby Brezza is a safer buy.We also bought a Baby Brezza machine so that I can compare the 2:- this one has A LOT of flexibility, just be aware that "70 degrees" is "70 at the boiler"; by the time it reaches the powder it's already at 65-67, then when it hits the bottle it will instantly drop to 60-65; if you have done your homework and know that the WHO/NHS requirement of 70 degrees is massive overkill, then it's not a biggie, but I'm a sticker for details; the Baby Brezza has 3 settings only: room temp, about 40 degrees and about 60 degrees- you can start from 30ml and go in 10ml increments (as opposed to the Baby Brezza at 60ml min with 30ml increments)- you can control the amount of powder in 0.1g increments; the Baby Brezza has 10 presets only and you need to check your formula against their website- very smart design concepts: the funnel is twisted so it doesn't splutter; there is a night light at the bottle and a sensor so you don't create a milk fountain if you aren't careful with the bottle; the light dims after use; Baby Brezza has none of theseHOWEVER, the powder is VERY fiddly and quite inaccurate, producing concentrations with a variance of +/- 15%. Which is a lot and can cause either under-feeding (low food intake) or over-feeding (constipation). If you change formula brands you 100% need to recalibrate, as different brands have different densities and structures, so simply changing the weight does not cut it. We have resorted to only using it to dispense water, and manually add powder.

Bottle machine has simply stopped working and is displaying an error message of Eo6 and Eo5 we cannot find any information on the internet about the what the error is and it’s not listed in the manual sent with the machine, I would like to return the product and get my money back but I cannot get hold of any individual from the company to arrange.

Love it as it does the job quicky but my issue with it is that you have to brew the milk at high temperature and wait for it to cool down before you can give it

Best thing I brought on Amazon. Made our life that bit easier. If you have a baby, just buy! Don’t look elsewhere.

My machine was not calibrated and nowhere in the manual says to calibrate before first use. The machine could have been making bottles with double the amount of milk powder for all I know. The machine works well but the manual instructions and sources for the costumer are horrendous
