It is safe to say the view up there is probably better because my kid loves it up there. Work out for me but my wife dont seem to feel comfortable with it ( she is 5’ just in case you need the information)

The experience I had with this was not the same experience as my wife. I put this and my 23lbs child on and it felt great. The weight seemed to line up perfectly for me and I barely noticed I was carrying a child. My wife put this on with our child and her experience was horrible, she said the weight transferred directly to her lower back (not the hips where you want it) and nearly immediately needed to take it off. This has been amazing to have on our hikes. Our (now) 14 m/o has been having so much fun being up high to see everything. The quality on this is top-notch.

First of all I have not purchased this item but used it over the weekend for a hike we went with a friend who had this carrier. I offered to take over carrying her kid who is one year old and weighs about 20 pounds. I had kids in my neck before so I know what it is like especially when they start kicking around. I was pleasantly surprised how painless the experience was with this carrier. It is easy to use and has a bunch of straps everywhere to adjust to your and the kids' size. The sweat accumulation on my back and neck was not as bad as feared. It distributes the weight well enough that you do not feel you are straining anything. I walked with the kid for over an hour and both of us were comfortable and happy. Overall, this carrier will make your life easier and keeps your kid happy. Highly recommend for hikes or just strolling around in town.

I bought this because I was tired of not being able to do anything while carrying my daughter. She loves it and thinks it's so fun being able to lean back. She seems super comfortable. I like the leg straps. I am a larger person and this fit me well. I get so many compliments on this!!
