The small heating pad is perfect! We have and 8 week old baby with a lot of gas pain. This helps calm his tummy and he falls to sleep very quickly after we hear it and put it on. In fact, we love it so much after a couple weeks of use, we bought one to keep at each grandparents’ house! Also, thank you for making a fragrance free product! Almost all the heating packs out there use lavender which makes people with allergies to fragrance extremely sick. I was thrilled when I found this one with ONLY buckwheat.

I have used these to warm my breasts pre-pumping and when I got a clogged duct. They warm up easily and hold heat pretty well, they also fit into my bra easily. I have not tried to use them for sore muscles or cooling.

My husband has Early-Onset Alzheimer's and this works to comfort him on days when he's having a bad day. He naps with the warm heart on his chest and it seems to settle him down more. I microwave it for about a minute; shaking it up and turning it over about halfway through. It also works well for when you just have a chill and need to warm up. I haven't tried it cold or washed the cover yet. I have the larger one for him and the smaller one for his tiny 94 year old mother.

We have a bigger bucky pillow, but I purchased this little one as we've dealt with a spat of earaches this winter since moving to the cold midwest. This little bucky warmer is the perfect size to rest on a little aching ear... much easier to maneuver for a cranky kid with an aching ear. We/I love the bigger one for bigger aches like menstrual cramps, tummy aches, etc. This was a good purchase for us.

Annoying to hear up, rough to get it back in the sleeve and it has a weird smell to it. I preferred using a heating of that I filled with warm water instead of microwaving this pad. But it does the job so I gave it 4 stars
