The necklace came faulty due to the hole on the side of the pendant extending to the face. I returned the item 2 weeks ago and still not received a refund.

The necklace tarnished and went off colour after one wear

This is a lovely necklace. It’s not super shiny silver, more a darker silver- but lovely all the same.The engraved letter is deep- so very visible, which it needs to be and suits the style of the necklace.It comes on a box and has a drawstring bag inside to put it in. Nice for a gift.My only issue is the ‘choker’ part of the necklace, ie the top part is rather tight and doesn’t quite look right on me. I did do the necklace up on the tightest setting so maybe it will look better a bit looser, but if your neck is anything but super skinny you may struggle with this.I’d say best suited size wise to a young teenager- whom would likely fit this perfectly.Lovely item, just needs to be made available in different sizes to cater to more people.

I have ordered this as a gift but would not just give it on its own as it looks very cheap. Worth the sale price but no more.Chain is paper thin and heart is so small it was hard to see the initial engraved on it.Cheap material leaves green lines on your neck and the chain and clasp discolours only had mine a couple of daysLetter wasn’t centred on the heart. The chain and heart itself is super thin and small would definitely choose a bigger one

The item arrived in a card gift box with a small soft pouch included.The yellow gold coloured chain and initial charm is bright and shiny.It has a lobster claw fastening which can be clipped onto the chain to make it longer/shorter.The initial heart charm is small, but looks perfect for the chain and is engraved on both sides.The chain itself feels a little fragile, so I am extra careful when taking it off.I like the way that it looks like two necklaces and as it is so dainty, I can even layer a longer chain with it too.I feel that the item is pretty and very on trend, but the quality could be better.The current price of £12.99 seems reasonable, especially as it comes with the gift box.

This is pretty and delicate, with a dual chain that can be adjusted by a couple of inches. On the smallest setting, the inner chain sits on my collarbones or you can make it longer, depending on what you're wearing. The outer chain with the initial pendant hangs down lower. No rough edges, the stainless steel is indistinguishable from silver by sight. This would go well with other stacked necklaces.

The necklace comes in a nice little box with a bag. This would make a nice little wrap-up or stocking filler.The necklace itself is quite tight on the smallest setting, I also found the catch a little tricky to do myself.I love the idea of the necklace. It does look super cute when on the longest setting. The silver colour is lovely and looks nice on the skin. The letter B is engraved nicely and in the centre.
