Perfect foe travel
I have a larger foam roller for home, but I was going to travel for 3 weeks and needed to roll out my aches and paines while traveling. This roller is small, but dies the job. The best thing is that it doesn't take up too much space in my suitcase, and it is hollow, so you can stuff socks or whatever, so you don't lose valuable packing space!I will be taking it woth me on all of my travels!

Perfect size to carry on trips or to tuck away in small apartments etc. I love the firmness and the textures on this roller. I can really work into spots good with it

Works at least as good for my back as bigger foam roller
I’ve used a large foam roller for my back for many years, and I have a somewhat smaller one (but still big) for traveling.I decided to try this since it’s smaller and hollow. Not only will it take up less space in a suitcase, but I think it actually works better than the softer foam!
