This is a very sturdy cot. The cushion is super thin. I use it with six pillows on top.

I was initially looking to buy a lightweight camping cot with a mattress, which is what I thought I was buying with this purchase. This is not that. The cot is certainly sturdy, but it weighs 21lbs. I did end up adding another thin sleeping pad, but the "mattress" makes a nice comfy topper. I had originally tried to return this purchase because of the weight, but the seller does not typically accept returns, and when they do, you are still responsible for the return shipping cost, which is more than half of the cost of buying the item for ground shipping in most cases. To the seller's credit, they did agree to provide a $30 credit towards this. Ultimately, I kept this purchase and am glad that I did. It is a very comfortable cot and provided at least a few hours of good sleep while out in the wilderness.

Cot is great for a 6 foot, nearly 300 pound guy. The sleeping pad doesn't come close to the dimensions or thickness that the pictures suggest, so do yourself a favor and upgrade or use another sleeping pad along with what was supplied. That being said, very comfortable night, easy set-up and tear-down. We'll see how long it holds up to my heavy frame.

I have been actually using this product for the last 3 months due to my husband being in hospice care with a bed in our Living room. By using this cot every night and folding it up in the am the head section broke from putting it up and down so now I need to purchase another product for the purpose I need it. I do not recommend this product if you are planning on putting it up and down and transporting it. I did not have to transport it but the sturdiness of putting it up and down is not there.

At first it was a great cot. My aunt, an older women, wanted something to lay on in the sun room, but after awhile it wouldn't stay in the right position amd the top would slam flat. It not very heavy either which is a good thing to some but becareful coming out of it because it'll flip as you try to stand up. My aunt fell out of it. Wish it had adjustable height

the cushion was about 6 to 8 inches to long. the bottom side of the cushion uses a material that keeps the cushion from sliding off the cot so that was a plus

I would have given it a full five stars except the mattress didn't fit in the bag as well.
