Superb honey !

Subtle flavour
Having purchased organic acacia honey from a supermarket, which is quite acceptable, this honey is of a higher order. It has a subtle flavour and I find it tastes less sweet. Being quite runny, we use it on cereal rather than spread on bread. It is, of course, more expensive and that has to be a factor. However, I would purchase again and recommend it if within your budget. To be able to order artisan honeys through Amazon is appreciated and especially when there is information about the beekeeper.
