I luv Helly Hansen! This jacket is spectacular ! Just a comment about the sizing choice on this one. I am medium build, 5'5" 135 lbs, I usually take Medium in jackets. I read the reviews and ordered XL !! as I wanted room to wear a puffer vest or fleece underneath. It was the right decision; there is still a comfortable amount of room while wearing a puffer vest underneath. Just don't expect to look like Twiggy!

I wish this would've worked for me. Its a great looking jacket, not too light (even though it's a rain jacket) or too heavy. Everything about it says quality. It is one layer with plenty of pockets and not a loud material. However, (and I wish someone had mentioned this in a review) it has no give or stretch to it whatsoever. SO I usually wear xl or xxl depending on the material and design. I could get away with xl most of the time but my 38G bust will not allow it. Very frustrating when trying on clothes. I'm 5'4, about 175lbs and most of the weight is on top. So the first time around I ordered the xl. Did not even get close to being able to zip it up, also it felt tight all over. So I it exchanged for xxl really hoping it would fit right. Well, it fit everywhere but the chest area. I could zip it up but only with a bra on, and even then it was kinda tight and I felt really squished. So unfortunately I will not own this beautiful Helly Hansen Jacket. If you don't have big boobs you will love it. Hopefully this will help someone out there considering this jacket.

Reading a couple of reviews before purchasing, I was worried that this jacket is going to be small as I am a very tall person. Actually, it's perfect size, with a bit of room for a sweater. Perfect.

I am a 5'5' and 180 lbs I ordered this in a size XL to allow for room for a long shirt or light hoodie underneath. It arrived in 2 days. Was so pleased with the quality and the fit. Helly Hansen is my go to Brand for jackets. Worth every cent. Very light weight and water proof. Only thing I wish it had was the under arm zippers for extra ventilation when backpacking.

Love this jacket! I’m 5’2” approx 175lbs so purchased an extra large - just the right size to wear a bulky sweater underneath, not very warm for a winter day or on really chilly cold fall/spring days - but great for keeping dry in the rain & summer breezy days. Fast delivery as well.My son liked it so much I purchased him a mens in navy blue he loves his as well - his was fleece lined mine was not so I think his is a little warmer.
