I waited to review this product until I’d used it for an actual headache but man, this thing is a lifesaver! Nice soft gel, no frozen packs to try and wrestle into pouches while they’re as hard as rocks and your head is pounding, the fit is good, and the relief when I put it on was incredible. Far above my expectations! I’d been fighting this particular headache for almost 24 hours before I remembered I had this product and ibuprofen and heat weren’t touching it. I took it out of its bag in the refrigerator and put it on to go lay down and by the time I reached my bedroom I was starting to perk up. The gentle pressure of the hat was soothing by itself and the coolness, especially extending onto the base of my skull and down to my brows, was so refreshing. It was comfortable to lay on and barely noticeable in terms of interference with my ability to move around or function. My only complaint was that the coolness only lasted half an hour or so but flipping it inside out bought me a few more minutes and by the time it faded the worst of the pain was gone anyway. I’ve already purchased another so I can alternate them for longer periods of cooling. My only complaint is a slight odor but that might just as easily be from my refrigerator although I kept the product sealed in a ziplock bag to prevent that. Might try double-bagging the next one as an experiment or putting a small baking soda packet in with it. Not enough to bother me in any case!

I suffer from horrific migraines and As anyone knows it gets them, it’s debilitating and miserable. I have always used ice packs of all sizes and varieties to help, but it’s always a pain to keep it balanced on my head or hold it to the area that hurts the most. So when I saw this hats I had to have it. I’m happy to say that it fits like a glove and although it’s tight, it’s not too tight. It is extremely cold right out of the freezer but if you could get through that initial shock, it does bring Great relief. Unfortunately, when you take it off, the migraine is still there, but if there was a way for it to stay on longer, you may be able to knock it out faster. That’s why I just ordered my second hat so I could have them on rotation for my next migraine. This is not a miracle in a hat, But it does bring temporary relief and is the best way to hold something extremely cold for an extended period of time to your head. There’s something about having your entire head covered by a fitted ice pack that is a unique way of bringing relief. I think this is a great little invention and recommend it to anyone who also suffers from migraines. I also want to add that this product is very well-made. It feels heavy duty and durable and it would be hard to puncture or damage it. If you store it in the bag it comes with and put it in the freezer when you were not using it, it will last for quite some time from what I can tell.

Very cool and comfortable

I absolutely love these! I did buy two after reading they don’t stay cold long and I’m glad I did. When I first bought them, they’d hold their temperature for about 30-40 minutes. But after a couple weeks of use, they only hold it for about 20 minutes now. So it’s a little frustrating but when they are cold, they are AMAZING. I’m pregnant and have been struggling with bad migraine and no migraine medicine is pregnancy safe so these provide great relief. Even though they don’t make the headache go away, and even though they don’t last long, when you’re having 2 migraines a week, you’ll take any relief you can get. And these definitely feel so nice when they’re cold. They also make great ice packs for other areas as well just because they don’t leak or sweat like other ice packs. I love laying them on my chest of the back of my neck when I’m feeling stressed or anxious and they quickly provide relaxation. Wish they lasted longer but I’m still happy I bought them.

I love it, I just wish it stayed cooler longer than it does. It's been very hot here, so I put it on at night to cool me down. It's good for that as well.

I just happened to have a very bad migraine today (I’ve had debilitating chronic migraines since 1994) and this just got this delivered so I put it in the freezer to try out. After about an hour or so in there, I popped in on my head. The cooling comfort was almost instant. The “compression” is comfortable, not too tight at all. I actually measured my head before ordering and was right on the cusp of needing a large but I bought the medium because it could also double as a nice sleep mask and I wouldn’t want it to come off during the night.I really like that you can pull it down over most of your face (good for sinus headache sufferers, too!) and the back of it hits the top of my neck where my headaches usually start. It’s cool all around and feels amazing to be honest. Love that it’s hands free and not hard, and cumbersome like an ice pack usually is. You can also heat it and use it as a heating pad.It has an opening at the very top if ladies want to put their hair through it. I didn’t really buy it for that added feature since a high ponytail usually gives me a headache, so I probably won’t use that. The top opening doesn’t affect the comfort or fit at all.Worth the price, to me, hands down. Will recommend to my other headache/migraine suffering friends.

I'm so glad I saw a YouTube video featuring this. It's amazing, I get headaches a lot and it helps instantly. Works way faster than excedrin. Its the perfect coldness to. Regular ice packs are ways too cold for a while. Then it melts and gets you wet. This doesn't do any of that. It's perfect. Of course it does heat up. You get maybe 10 to 15 min then I needs to go in the freezer again for 30m. But that's to be expected. Even if you don't get headaches, get this!!! It will be great in the summer.I get something that I call hot ear. My ears get super red and super hot and and this thing it's just.... a miracle worker.It comes in a plastic bag. Most keep that to put it in the fridge or freezer. I guess it would be nice if it came with a nicer bag but for under $20 w.e.

It honestly just makes my migraines worse with Brain freeze. Haven't tried warming it.Doesn't stay cold long.

This is great material and so comfortable to wear. It stretches nicely and keeps a cold temperature after being in the fridge. I would recommend this to others.

Super masque qui aide à l'endormissement lors de céphalées d'Arnold.Je ne le met pas au congélateur (c'est vraiment trop froid), mais je le laisse dans sa pochette au frigo lorsque je ne m'en sers pas. Le froid ne dure pas très longtemps, mais même en grosse crise, cela suffit largement pour moi
