MERCIER Stainless Steel Heavy Duty Meat marinade Injector with 2-oz Large Capacity Barrel and 3 Marinade Needles

The top edge of the box was crumpled, and the dust flaps were torn off, as if previously opened. There was an inner plastic tray designed to house each component individually, for safe storage and shipment, but the product that I received was all put into the center of the box, and 2 of the O rings were missing, one large, and one small. There was also no owner instruction and care manual enclosed. This marinade injector appears to be very well made, and I expect to get good use of it, but was disappointed to order a product that is supposed to be new, and receive one that was previously owned.**Mercier Kitchens customer service responded very quickly to my original review, and sent a replacement within days. I couldn't be happier!

This injector is solidly built has great volume and pressure. Easy to regulate the volume injected, comfortable to use. It's very well made and cleans up easily. It comes with a variety of needles, includes cleaning brushes and extra gaskets. Great kitchen tool!

I am pleased with this purchase. It is quite heavily built and works as promised. I appreciate the extra O rings too. As some have noted, the needles are not perfectly aligned with the shaft- but it is very minor and doesn't affect the performance of product. At this price point, this is a fantastic value.

I love them! I bought 4 to use and for backups. I actually use them to inject silicone into the molds I make to make fins for fishing lures. Works awesome. It's a lot sturdier than the plastic ones that I find at Walmart. I think these bad boys will last a lot longer. The picture is of our Glide bait fishing lures. Received the item promptly from date of order. The product is made nicely and you can feel the quality of the steel. I’ve used it one time since I received it and it easily pushed its way through the Pork I was injecting. The three needle options should cover all needs for injecting including the large hole needle that easily allowed me to push a more granular base into the pork.So far so good!

The product is metal so hopefully it will hold up better than plastic. I used it one time with a turkey and it worked as expected. Disassembles for easy cleaning. Much easier to inject liquids into a turkey than I thought it would be. Looking forward to the next time I use it.

I used my injector on a roast and will never cook another piece of meat without using this awesome tool. The meat was so moist and flavorful, it just melted in my mouth………. Very well made and easy to use. No mess and easy clean up. I love the different needles that came with my Mercier meat injector. It deserves no less than a 5-star rating. Highly recommend. Brilliant product.

It worked but has a couple leaks at the base of the needle the second time I poked it into the leg to cure my hams. But still works
