I’ve only had it a week. The towel warmer part works well, but the UV lamp has already burned out. A little disappointed that all the components didn’t work properly longer.

I love the look of it and the size BUT this is not a professional warmer. It takes 1 to 2 hours to warm wet towels. If I had to do it over I wouldn't purchase it.

I wish it warmed up to be a little hotter. It also seems to take FOREVER to heat wet towels in the warmer. I'd like if it took maybe, MAYBE 30 minutes but it usually takes at least 1-2 hours for the hot towel to be actually HOT

The silver piece was not glued down properly and the drip tray was damaged out of the box. Sick and tired of paying for raggedly made things.

Works well and keeps towels consistent temperature

Takes at least an hour to get hot enough. The insulation is poor and this thing is mostly plastic.If you open the door for a short time to remove towels, the ones left in quickly lose heat.Everytime you open the cabby there is water dripping everywhere because the steam causes condensation on the door and on the glass.

This looks nice but they didn't put any measurements. I decided to try it. It looks good but it is too large to fit into a standard spa cart.

Very pleased with this item it was worth the money towel stay hot and the bottom catches all the water
