I have definitely realized that my focus has improved and I am doing better in work meetings. My attention span has been relatively short but I feel like it also has improved to a level that I can detect after taking this supplement.

The package came in perfect shape and on time but it is too early for me rate the product. I have taken it only for a few days and have not seen any substantial changes.
