Q: Why limit 1 unit? (Of 3). I use this product a lot but would like to buy in larger quantities

Hi Callan, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We had limited the purchase quantity a while back because COVID disrupted our supply chain. The limit was placed to ensure that we could spread out our available inventory to as many people as possible. I will go ahead and increase the limit now.

Q: How often should filters be changed?

Depends on how frequently it's used I've made a filter last up to 3 months using it almost 9 times a week but I've lent it to a friend that ran through a filter in less than 2 months using it several times every day. I just changed mine a little over a week ago after not needing to replace it for a little over 2 months so maybe anywhere between 1½-3 months

Q: Are these the new 2021 version?

Latest cartridge update was December 2020. The Sploofy Pro uses these.

Q: 1 out of 3 in the box did not work y????

I’ve never had this problem. I’d email amazon support.
