Incredibly Useful
Every weight you could need for casual weight lifting, really, even though it's only one dumbbell. Seems very sturdy and feels nice, easy to change.

Looks good but base which is very important in holding the whole collection of weighs is thin plastic and prone to break. One was broken in a corner when arrived.
