Great omlette
Made a great omlette with this and a small pinch of baking powder. Super, very filling stuffed with vegetables. Will buy again, but this size will last a while.

It arrived quickly, outer packing had split in transit but no problem inside. I have no previous experience of chick pea flour but havecusec it in a recipe thatcworked out well.

Coarse grain
Nice flavour but very coarse grain texture had to use coffee grinder before I could use it for chickpea wraps. Probably fine for farinata/ Soca though.

Farine sans gluten
Très bonne alternative de farine pour les intolérant au gluten.Par contre il faut la mélanger avec une autre farine pour obtenir une bonne consistance.Elle donne aussi un goût différent. A tester donc!
