I kept trying to figure out what was wrong with this product - first one of these I had seen & we waited until Christmas Day to open it (it was a gift to my husband). Couldn't get the phone to stay in the viewer. Then, after looking closely at other images online of a viewer, we realized it was missing the tray where the phone slides in. A complete waste of time and money! Good thing I listened to my little voice & had a spare of another brand under the tree.

COULD NOT GET THE TRAY TO SLIDE OUT IN ORDER TO INSERT PHONE AND CUSHION FOR VIEWING KEPT COMING OFF.
