I’m happy
NWe needed a replacement for our recently deceased (14 yo) Keurig, which was plumbed toa water line. I wanted one that looks nice (or at least not hideous,) isn’t HUGE, is also plumbable and, most importantly, makes good coffee. After looking locally and all over the internet, this one seems like the best fit. and was relatively affordable.I was skeptical because some of the reviews were pretty harsh. Since the options were extremely limited for plumbable machines, we took the chance. Bonus! It would arrive the next day.One of the reviews stated that it takes a long time to heat up. I disagree with that complaint. I don’t believe it takes any longer than any other single cup brewer out there. We wanted one that was programmable but couldn’t find one that had the other features we wanted so we traded that for one that met most of our other requirements and thought we could use a smart plug as a work around. It turned out to be unnecessary as the machine can stay on all the time and goes into power saving mode when not being used. This is where I believe the complaint about heating time is coming from. It does take a minute to “wake up” from this mode. But I touch the screen to “ wake” it and after get out a cup and pour some cream into it, the machine is ready. It’s really not a problem in our house. After it has “woken up” there is no waiting time at all for subsequent cups of coffee. In the settings you can choose how long it will stay in ready mode. There is a USB port, which reportedly allows for uploading photos to the screensaver (presumably meant for business logos, etc) I attempted to upload some fun photos, but was unsuccessful. Maybe someone more tech savvy would have better luck.PROS-Plumbable to water line-Choice of cup size and strength-Temperature of coffee-Relatively small footprint-Fits under cabinet-Travel cup friendly-Doesn’t look like it’s an industrial machineCONS-Not programmable to come on in the morning (but we really don’t miss that feature)-Not the most attractive (also not awful)Bottom line: while I wish there were more options for home use coffee machines that are plumbable, I’m happy with this one.

No more refilling with water! It's not slow, read my hack below,
When I had to refill the water tank, early in the morning on my last coffee machine, it was annoying. I love having this plumbed commercial coffee maker at home. For the folks upset about the energy-saving feature that is not programmable, there is a very cheap and simple fix. The first day I owned the machine, I tried to adjust that setting in the maintenance menu without any luck. My final solution/hack was very helpful:You need to order a wifi outlet and use it as a timer switch to power your new coffee maker. I used the KASA brand that allows me to program on/off times through KASA app. Set your wifi outlet to turn on 15 minutes before your morning wake-up alarm so your water is hot when you crawl out of bed. Turn it off when you head to work and set it to turn on when you get home if you drink an evening cup of coffee. Then set it to turn off for the night.Modify the schedule to suit your life and on special days you can always turn the machine on and off from your phone app before you head to the kitchen. The energy savings will pay for the wifi outlet soon enough. ENJOY!

Really great coffee maker
This is the THIRD of these that I have bought. Two for my house and one for the office. Unique other coffee makers I haven’t had any issues with this one - even though we have super hard water. I also really love that you can direct plumb to a water line - which they make really easy with an enclosed nozzle (you don’t need to buy one).

Cant use reusable cups
Bought this machine to use regular coffee in a reusable cup help save the environment but also enjoy the coffees we like. Apparently this is not compatible. Paid a lot of money and unable to return it because we did not buy it from Keurig. Amazon would not take it back either past 30 days. It took us longer than 30 days to know that that was the case.

Modern and Sleek
I like the touch screen and options. It is simple to use for the many who use it. Some comments were accurate about having to wait about 2 minutes to warm up in the morning but it is not a big deal.
