The Bajaj Herculo Iron stopped working after two months of purchase and even after claiming warranty on Amazon, the said Amazon failed to respond or provide any service. Finally I had to directly approach Bajaj Electricals, who also after much communication through email and on customer care, they replaced the product after about 10 days. Worst service from Amazon and now Amazon has been sending products which are mostly defective and Amazon is losing its reputation. Amazon must take care of customers interest by verifying the authenticity of the distrbutors who supply their product through Amazon.

Good product

I'm not happy with the bottom plate, the coating is already getting scratched and it has only been 3 weeks. Our old iron was from 1985, this won't make it till next elections at this rate however not everything is bad about it, I like the performance and it heats up fully in less than 20 seconds. 1100 watts of power is no joke. We mainly use it to iron cotton clothes as those are best suited for Indian climate, at highest power, no creases can be seen, you can soften tough creases with water spray anyway.Do something about the coating, it's not like I'm ironing on buttons or metal objects, it's coated with some senile stuff, the only drawback I've discovered.
