The bike I bought is a good bike thus far- -- but need a replacement kick-stand - the one shipped on the bike is defective. Wrote your customer service - didn't hear back yet.

I really like this bike except it has some red flame stickers I could easily remove but I much rather like it black on black. Also I find it a bit big for me I am 5’2 and it’s gonna take some use to it jumping off it

We got this bike as a surprise for my daughter's birthday. Sad to say two parts of the bike were bent (noticeably but did not impact functionality just the look). We were missing 4 bolts and screws so we had to make a run to Home Depot to finish construction. I'm really disappointed by the quality for the price.

Easier to put together than I anticipated. Packed very well. It’s a beauty!

Bike came with a stripped bolt loose in the box. The hole it was supposed to go in was also stripped and someone shipped it anyway so I used a zip tie to attach the basket to the frame. The kickstand also doesn't work so I bought a new one. Didn't want to wait a month for a new one. Buy a different bike.

Nice simple commuter bike, which is hard to find in the US. It took me less than an hour to put together and it's holding up well. It wasn't clear how most of the accessories were attached and some hardware to attach things seemed to be missing, but otherwise it's great.

When the bike got here, the box was rattling because parts of the bike were just clanking together. The nuts and screws were just kinda thrown in there without a bag. It was obvious that somebody had bought this bike and and returned it. It was really badly packaged and some of the components were bent and / or other wise damaged because of it.The instruction manual I got for the bike wasn't for the right bike. It had several instructions for components that my bike didn't have but no instructions for how to put the basket on, nor the front wheel guard.The guard for the chain can be easily bent with my fingers. At one point the bike fell over standing still and unfixably damaged the handle. I would hate to see the damage if I were to crash my bike because it's obvious it would not be able to handle it.Honestly, you're much better off just getting a bike from Walmart. I would have returned the bike but I can't afford to wait for the shipping, refund and reshipping of another bike. It's my only means of transportation at the moment. That's why I tried to get a a nicer / more expensive bike.The bike still works but I don't think it'll last more than a year.

Fine, but scratched and dented when received.
