I have to wear my orthotics in my shoes normally so can't wear them with sandals or backless shoes. These have worked perfect! I've used slip in soles for these kind of shoes before and it didn't work by staying in place. These inserts are not a better replacement for orthotics because they are made for my feet shape but they are close enough that I can wear other shoes and sandals without arch pain now.

They work just fine but a wee bit hard.

Gel pads for arch support are great. Comfortable and relief for pain in arch.

Bought these for my new tennis shoes to add more arch support. They do not stick. I got one side to feel good, but could not get the other one to stick in place to get it aligned to my arch. They probably would have been comfortable if they would have stayed in place.

I was very happy w the way they provide arch support while wearing my high heels. However, they didn’t stick to my shoes and came off when I was dancing :).

Seemed like a smart choice. No. Believe the reviews. These are a waste of money. Absolutely. They don't stay in place unless you want to glue them yourself and ruin your shoes. Find another solution.

Helps with support ; takes pressure off toes where my pain was.
