This journal exceeded my expectations in every way! I love the soft “leathery” cover. The pages were lined and sturdy. I started writing in my journal the next morning. I would consider purchasing more of these journals for gifts!

I'm a maintenance mechanic and I am constantly making notes, drawing sketches or making lists for later. My uniform has cargo pants pockets so the size of this book is perfect. The back pages have dots like graph paper, which is great for design or sketches. The elastic strap helps keep it closed and pages protected.

Why would you only perforate the last 8 pages ? It's not what I expected after going they the product details. I feel conned.

I got this Momoi Classic Journal Notebook and immediately noticed the soft feel of the cover. It has a very pleasant feel to it. They says its leather, but it really isn't. I got the green cover version and it is a nice rich darker green which isn't bright and garish. It comes with a number of accessories. Three pen loops with as self adhesive strip. I'm not a huge fan of pen loops on my notebooks, but it is a nice a little extra and I'm glad they included them like this so I have the option of not using them. My son liked them and used one for his sketchbook. A sheet of astrological sign stickers is a really odd include in my opinion. Apparently this manufacturer thinks astrological signs are important enough to enough people to include them. The index tabs are a nice addition if you plan to use this notebook as a reference and need to have sections marked. It all comes packed in a heavy plastic box.It has a strong elastic band to hold it shut. The band has put dents in the cover where it holds it shut. It has two internal ribbon bookmarks so you can keep two spots marked if that's your thing. As there is dot grid and lined sections, in this case it really makes sense to have two book marks. There is a nice heavy pocket in the back to hold small documents and cards.The paper is listed as 100gsm paper and it definitely feels heavy. It is a very smooth paper and doesn't have a lot of tooth. The paper is an off-white cream color and not a nice bright white. It takes a lot of different mediums well. I've tried fountain pens, ball point pens, and pencil on it. They all write well, although a number of fountain pens which normal write very smooth felt like writing on oiled glass on this paper. I didn't notice any bleeding through on any of the inks, even on a fountain pen with some very wet writing ink which can tend to bleed through a lot of papers.My only real issue is that the lines on the lined section are quite wide spaced and there are fairly wide top and bottom margins, which means you have fairly limited writing space on each page. I normally also prefer a bit smaller spacing on my dot grid paper. This one has 5mm spacing, which on a small A5 notepad like this is less useful for me. 8 sheets of the dot grid is perforated at the very back of the book. They try to be cute and say 16 pages to make it sound like you are getting more than you are, but it's only 8 sheets. I actually think it should have been the entire dot grid section which was perforated, but at least they gave a few.A very nice notebook with some small issues and one really odd choice of extra. They've priced themselves at a price point which puts them up in the range of the top end paper manufacturers. I would much prefer to not have all the extras and charge less for it. Especially when this doesn't quite feel up to the same level as the top tier paper manufacturers. Don't get me wrong this is a very good paper and I can't see how anyone would be outright disappointed with it.

The media could not be loaded.  Super nice journal comes packaged well. Great paper to write on. Come with dividers that you can use a pen holder, envelope pocket in back to place a photo or and items that you might want to store. What I like about this particular journal it has a soft cover which feels nice. I write in a journal l all the time and draw and decorate the pages This is actually going to be one of my favorites. Whether you need a journal for personal or business use this is perfect.

I got this notebook to record and place some of my favorite recipes in. Many of the notebooks I have used in the past for other purposes have been with me for so long they are now like special friends. I can just see one and become filled with memories. After inspecting this one, IMO it just begs to be special too !First off it is so pretty. I love the green color on the cover which is velvety and smooth feeling The elastic ribbon keeps it closed so others know this is for my eyes only unless I desire to share. The accessories and stickers and markers invite creativity in making this notebook undeniably marked with a special touch. It lays flat so writing is an ease and the pages are lined and dotted and have a soft yellowish color begging for ink to make notes and designs with. But not anything serious just fun and what the heart feels at the time of making. Even the size of it is not too big or small but in a way anyone would know that's something special inside that.So yes I love it. It is five star quality and more. Even they way the shipped it with a hard plastic cover to make sure it did not get damaged. Smart and thank-you ! I look forward to jotting down my recipes from years of collecting and adding doodles and just whatever in this. I highly recommend this and hope you may have found this helpful.
