This product is extremely doable. I love it! Here's why: I make a wonderful tasting, silky chocolate milk (5 oz unsweetened almond milk, 4 oz water, tsp Hershey's cocoa) If I want it sweeter, I add Hershey's simple 5 chocolate syrup. If I want it thicker, I had coconut cream (Trader Joe's). If I feel like having a pudding, I mix the scoop with coconut cream and add tsp honey) I have not tried to yet, but I plan to mix it with my beef gelatin for a lovely fruit gelatin. This product is very versatile. It can be added to anything you like and even mixed with a banana or fruit for a smoothie. I do not shake it; I blend it in a Nutri-Bullit for that silky texture,. AND YES, you can drink it just by simply adding water only. There is a subtle taste that let's you know you are eating some powerful nutrients. But unlike the other slimy, green gross looking and tasting powders I have purchased, this one is so very doable. I cannot ingest the other powders I have tried because I either start itching or vomit it up. The BEST part for me is — there is NO SOY, NO WHEAT, (and I'm not talking green baby wheat grass which IS doable since the gluten is not present), NO GMO!!!!, NO SHELLFISH, NO PEANUTS and a huge BONUS — it has probiotics and digestive enzymes. KUDOS to the DOC who dreamed this up. I am fighting Lyme Disease and this helps a great deal. Diet is crucial with Lyme so I stay more to the KETO way of eating. I also noticed weight lose after 3 days of ingesting 4 packets (I ordered the free one and 3 more before buying the big bag). One more thing, they do stand behind their money back guarantee. I know this because I had mistakenly ordered the large bag at the same time as the sample packs and they reversed it with no problems. ONE LAST THING — I have a request to the creator of this product — Please lower the price to $39 + tx per 2LB bag so that it is affordable on an on-going basis. Do that and I will give this a PERFECT 200% score.

I first learned about this product through an affiliate email. I was intrigued by the sales pitch, but skeptical. So I turned to my friend Google. I was pleased to find it here (I feel that Amazon is more trustworthy than buying direct from a seller I don't know.), and was impressed by the positive reviews, so I pulled the trigger on a 1-lb bag.When it arrived, I tried it plain first, mixed with only water, so I'd know exactly what it tasted like. I was pleasantly surprised! I hate all things vanilla, but the flavor was pleasant.Next, I started to experiment. Almond milk instead of water, add half a banana, some frozen mixed fruit, and chocolate powder, all in different combinations. My winning combo is 1 1/2 cup almond or cashew milk, half a banana (skin included for extra nutrients), a teaspoon of gelatinized maca powder, one heaping scoop of American Natural Superfood, and a teaspoon of organic chocolate powder. Some days, I leave the chocolate powder out for variety. I take this for breakfast around 8 or 9 every day, and I'm not hungry till lunch. I just received my second bag of ANS, and this time, I ordered the 2-lb bag.I will say that it has some small bitlets (chia seed skin?) when using a shaker cup to mix, so I prefer to use my Vitamix to get a smooth shake. It also makes short work of the banana skin.I think that the price is good, considering the ingredient list. I used to use Shakeology, which is way more expensive. It's an awesome shake, too (better, even), but knowing that a good portion of the price is going to a salesperson and their upline destroys the value, in my opinion.I purchased all product with my hard-earned money, and have not received any incentives or discounts for this review.

I enjoy this and like that it doesn’t have artificial flavors and ingredients so is relatively clean. I usually blend with milk, and some added greens like kale or spinach as well as a handful of frozen berries and have as a quick and very tasty lunch smoothie. I haven’t found that it blends that well without using the blender but haven’t tried doing that for a while - this batch does seem a silkier texture to the powder so it may be better now. I find the scoop difficult to use as I always seem to get the powder in the groove on the handle and from there onto the counter and it is not easy to measure the two scoops precisely but this is a minor gripe. Tip - the package closure (plastic like a Jiffy bag) needs to be cleaned of the powder sitting underneath it and then closes fine - and it does need to be sealed to maintain freshness to the bottom of the bag unless you are eating it up very quickly as it gets a slightly musty taste to it once it has ‘oxidized’ or whatever happens to it. However used every day it definitely stays fresh for long enough.I have tried several protein powders and keep coming back to this one for best taste and lack of that gritty/powdery texture. I recommend that you try it - I believe that they offer trial sachets but not seen that for a while as I just repurchase when I am doing my spring detox/slim down. It is also not too sweet - many out there try and add artificial sweetness which then makes it way TOO sweet and sickly. This has a nice mild yet really flavorsome base that you can add fruit etc to if you want.Delivery was fast and well packaged.

I love the feel that drinking this product gives me. I neither feel too full or unsatisfied. I have adequate energy through the morning and when I eat a healthy lunch through the day. I don’t feel agitated like I do when I’ve used caffeine based products and I don’t get headaches from stressing my body.I mix 14 ounces of almond milk with two scoops of mix and it is not to thick or milky. I don’t love the taste of this product but it’s not a disgusting flavor. The texture can be a bit much if it’s mixed too thick, so you just have to try it out a few ways. I’ve found it is more appetizing when I add a couple of ice cubes to my shaker cup so it is good and cold when I drink it.All in all, I believe this is a good product and true to its claim of being good for you, my body hasn’t said otherwise!
