I was hesitant to buy thus thinking it would be junk but I am so glad I did. it works amazingly especially for taping cups for sublimation. I am already excited about using it for wrapping Christmas gifts and it's only Sept. super smooth and so easy to use, cuts tape perfectly and makes it so much easier. If you do cups or shirts or anything like that, you need this. it's worth it's weight in gold!!!

Instructions are horrid !! Once you get it working correctly it’s great ! I was ready to return it an my husband finally figured it out . You have to lots of patience !!!

Things I like:- Easy to use, once you figure out how to load the tape correctly.- The color is great- Able to have multiple sizes of tapes ready to goNot so great:When I first receive this I tried following the directions in the package. Not helpful at all and left me more confused than if I had tried it on my own. Watch the video for how to load the tape for easiest cutting, don't even look at the directions in the box

I'm glad I purchased this it makes much easier to use the tape, it cuts the right amount each time and helps me work faster. I recommend this to other crafters.

Product was as described and arrived on time. Packaging was good and delivery was prompt. Satisfied!!!

1. The instructions are fairly worthless, however, if you realize you can just tape the roll to the cutting wheel it works.2. The roll fit is sloppy. My 3 inch roll is too large for the wheel provided. It still works, but if you don't have enough rolls of tape they slide left to right. For example, my 1/2" tape roll on the wheel wants to slide off. I resolved the issue by putting 4 half inch rolls and but didn't load all of them in the cutting wheel. When I run out of tape, I'll just use the empty roll as a stabilizer.3. The "side" roll has the same issue as above, but it seems to work ok. It would just be better if the roll holders were expandable.4. The 3" holder and 1" core holders cannot be used at the same time. Since I only use this for my sublimation tape that isn't a huge issue for me.5. A standard roll of masking tape with approximately 1 1/2" of tape width on the roll will not fit as it is too thick around.Will it work? Yes. I am keeping it because it's fine for the price. Would I buy it again? Probably not, but a better tape dispenser is substanstially more expensive so this will work for my needs. Bottom line is I opted for less expensive - it's livable. With a few tweaks this could be amazing.

This tape dispenser is great. Only issue I had was the tape inside diameter was to large for my dispenser. I put a piece of cardboard under the roll and it worked.

I love this tape dispenser. It makes using my heat tape on my tumblers so much easier. My only recommendation might be to include better instructions, it did take me a bit to get it loaded.
