I decided to invest in a quality safe to keep important documents, cash and some family heirlooms stored away safely. .This safe is perfect! It’s got a solid and durable build and easy to program. The instructions are clear and easy to follow.As far as the box goes it’s a basic safe. Matte finished metal but the electronics are on the high end side.It fits snugly in the blind base of my kitchen cabinets. The dimensions are right on point.Overall extremely pleased with this purchase!surpassed my expectations. Worth the price.Highly recommend it!

I use this for papers, cash and coins. It was easy to program and simple to use. It looks good and has locking bars on three sides which makes it secure.

A year after I purchased this safe I misplaced my keys. I contacted the company and they made me a new set of keys at no cost!Excellent product and customer service.I Highly recommend this product.

The instruction manual is written terribly. I still cannot get the code programmed and operative. The safe came with scratches, a tear on the inside and the box was all banged up with holes in it and falling apart on one side.

Nice safe for the money

The box is strong, but like every else, there is usually a weak link. The lock and knob are plastic. It would not close. Only after I opened up the door interior and made some adjustments, could I make it to lock. The level that pushes the 4 side pins, has a broken spot weld. There are only 2 weld and the other look like it's breaking off too. I epoxied it in place and I hope it will hold. The rotary kop is difficult to turn. This kind of lock belongs on a bathroom door, or lunch box. If the manufacturer would have spend maybe $10.00 more on this safe, it would have turned out to be a good save. Support was in touch with me, but it looked like they wear stalling. Returning a big, heavy safe, is not a good option.

Safe arrived in good condition and was easy to set up - just read the instructions and your safe will be ready for your needs. Like all security equipment it is important to assess your needs, as you can easily spend thousands on a commercial heavy safe. As mentioned in other reviews my safe was brown but still visually pleasing. So far I have been very happy with the product and would recommend this unit.
